Hours in the waiting as the torrential rain poured down across the fells, something that is a frequent here in the Lake District. However, looking at the forecast an opportunity presented itself that was worth the risk.. potential breaks in the cloud. As the rain passed and the clouds parted for a moment, a rainbow revealed itself over this iconic wall and stile on Black Fell, Cumbria.
